This year we will be introducing a pre-game session where we will dive deep on specific aspects of organized ultimate before Summer League games. This will be a great place to bring questions and to practice fundamental skills needed to play with your team.

Sessions will start at 5:15pm and will include an overview of the topic and a drill that will apply the skill to your game.

We will send out an email with the session dates, start times, and topics that will be covered, to all who select "Yes" for "Do you want to learn more about playing organized Ultimate?" during registration.
