Rules

In order to make sure we have enough substitute players to support gender ratios, Flagstaff Ultimate will use the following criteria to determine the gender ratio a team is able to field for a point. 

1. 4/3 or 3/4 - Both teams must have 2 subs for each, women-matching (WM) and men-matching (MM) players. A team with 6MM and 6FM players will meet this criteria.

2. 5/2 or 4/3 - Both teams must have 2 subs for each, WM and MM players. A team with 7MM and 5FM players will meet this criteria

3. 5/2 - When a team doesn't meet an above sub requirement 5/2 will be played until both teams can meet a higher criteria during play. A team with 7MM and 4FM meets this criteria
